Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the installation, including but not limited to: scheduling, employee management, equipment and material acquisition, timely and quality job completion.

  • Valid Lead Safe Renovator Supervisor Certificate
  • Boot Camp: Crew Chief Field Certificate
  • Two years’ experience doing repair, service, or installation of weatherization services
  • DOE Weatherization Crew Chief Certificate
  • One year of experience as a foreman
  • Must pass a 5-panel drug screening
  • Must pass a background check
  • OSHA 10

Responsible for completing installation of weatherization, insulation, and air sealing work to the specifics required by each job. Assist auditors with performing home energy assessments. Reports to crew chiefs and auditors as well as office staff.

  • BPI Residential Building Envelope Whole House Air Leakage Control Installer Certificate
  • Boot Camp: Crew Member Training
  • Any other BPI, DOE, or WAP weatherization training
  • One year of experience doing repair, service, or installation of weatherization services
  • Must pass a 5-panel drug screening
  • Must pass a background check

Responsible for conducting home energy assessments in residential buildings and identifying energy efficiency upgrades. Walks the homeowner through the home energy assessment process, the assessment results, and how the homeowner should proceed. Understands Mass Save’s many energy efficiency and savings programs.

  • Valid BPI Building Analyst Certificate
  • Three years’ experience in the construction industry
  • Must pass a 5-panel drug screening
  •  Must pass a background check
